1 Restaurant Cook position is needed at Pho Dau Bo Restaurant at St. Catharines, Ontario Canada

Requirements:
-Prefered at least one year of cooking experience for a restaurant
-Complete Secondary/high school education
-Knowledge of various Vietnamese Cuisine

Work setting:
-Restaurant

Responsibilities and tasks:
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas
-Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
-Order supplies and equipment
-Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas
-Manage kitchen operations
-Own transportation/public transportation

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
With attention to details in a fast-paced environment, overtime hours may be required, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
