J&M Business Solutions LLC hiring process...

1. Candidates apply, and I review resume and application through job boards.

2. Once reviewed if you qualify based on your resume, I will send an email with a link to fill out a form to get you qualified for the role.

Once you fill out the form and it comes back, I then review the form and if you qualify, I will send you a link to complete a one-way interview. This one-way interview will be you reading questions off the screen and then recording your answers to those questions on video.

3. Once I receive the interview I will then review and get you submitted to the correct client.

4. If the client doesn't want to move forward or if you do not pass the interview stage you will then receive an application status email from us here at J&M Business Solutions LLC, letting you know that we could not move forward.

However, I will hold your application up to a year and if any other roles fit your skill set, I will reach out again.

Job Description
"As a Medical Assistant, you will learn and grow alongside the Center Operations Director, making a positive difference in the patient experience and quality of care. Working one-on-one with patients as a health care provider, you will deliver routine medical care and monitor the flow of onboarding patients. Just as critical, we will look to you to mentor and encourage your team members to succeed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Medical Assistant you will:
Welcome patients and obtain medical histories from patients; verify patient information.
Assist providers during examinations and treatment.
Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws, etc.) and as certified.
Dispense medications within the scope of practice as ordered by the treating providers and in accordance with state regulations.
Assist the front office team as needed."
