ChromaBytes is seeking an outstanding and efficient Data Entry Clerk to fill a part-time role. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting , data entry and analysis using Excel, maintaining a customer database, identifying areas of improvement, and devising solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage with Customer Service Cases using a multi-channel platform (SMS-based and phone line):

Assist customers in product registration.

Conduct customer surveys through phone or SMS interactions.

Aid customers in warranty returns and repairs by providing repair information, coordinating with service stations, and ensuring proper repair processes.

Address customer queries and direct them to appropriate channels.

Follow up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and clarify usage concerns.

Promptly respond to customer messages and calls.

Manage and Update Customer Database & SMS Platform:

Perform data entry, organization, and data cleaning tasks.

Conduct basic analysis using Microsoft Excel to generate customer care statistics and produce simple reports.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer care, direct sales, or client relationship management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.

Driving License (For background check)

Excellent communication skills for addressing customer queries and concerns.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining and updating the customer database.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to identifying areas of improvement.
