Remote Freight Broker at Chelle Trucking & Logistics (Commission-Only)

About Us:
Founded in 2020, Chelle Trucking & Logistics is a technology-forward company committed to revolutionizing the logistics industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers to join our fast-growing logistics team. This is a remote, commission-only position. Shippers and loads will be provided. Earn 45% commission on each load you successfully broker. You will be a part of a team of up to 10 people with a manager to assist you with confirming and dispatching your loads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, and secure contracts with carriers
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of freight
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight brokering or dispatching
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy; experience with RoseRocket is a plus

Compensation:
- 45% Commission on each load (Up to $85,000/year)
