Full-time Head of Customer Service and UX

at Travel Lingual in Spain

Qualifications Required:

- BachelorÂ’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or related field (MasterÂ’s preferred)
- Extensive experience in customer service management and UX/UI design, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing exceptional customer service experiences across multiple channels
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret user data, feedback, and behavior patterns
- Experience in managing teams, fostering a customer-centric culture, and driving customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in customer service software and UX design tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Usual Tasks:

- Develop and execute customer service strategies that enhance user experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for customer support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Oversee the UX/UI design process, conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
- Analyze customer feedback, behavior data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving service and experience.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to align customer service initiatives with business goals.
- Cultivate a customer-centric culture, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional experiences.
