Qualifications Required:

- BachelorÂ’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MasterÂ’s preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Extensive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years in progressively responsible roles
- Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and managing financial operations
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience in managing financial audits, risk assessment, and internal controls

Usual Tasks:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insights to drive decision-making.
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead financial audits, assess risks, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial exposure.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
