Responsibilities:
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.
Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety and food safety legislation.

Please Note The Following:
Monthly Salary: 3,500GBP and above depending on level of experience.

Qualification and Experience:
Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English.
1 year minimum proficiency experience.
Experience with Hotel (Hospitality and Tourism and some others).
Average level in English.
Positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work on own or in teams.
Experience in communication and good conduct.

Benefit:
The Employee is eligible to receive a semi-annual discretionary bonus of up to a target of 45% of your Base Eligible Earnings as defined in the Company's Bonus Plan. Based on your performance, you can over-achieve your bonus target pursuant to the Company's Bonus Plan.

Employee shall be afforded Health Insurance and Retirement (Pension) Plan in accordance with the prevailing market practice in the United Kingdom and the applicable laws and regulations

Employee shall be entitled to up to thirty (30) days of Paid Vacation/Leave (plus Bank Holidays) in any given calendar year provided that Employee remains a full time employee during such period of time. If EmployeeÂ’s employment falls short of twelve months in any given calendar year, EmployeeÂ’s entitlement to thirty (30) days of paid vacation/leave shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. Employee shall be eligible to accrue paid vacation/paid time off in accordance with the company's paid vacation/paid time off policy, as it may be amended from time to time, and at the rate equal to other similarly situated employees.
