Responsibility WorksÂ… As an ETF IM Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for an ETF IM Operations Specialist in our downtown Pittsburgh Headquarters. (hybrid)

What YouÂ’ll Do
As an ETF IM Operations Specialist, youÂ’ll have the opportunity to perform the day-to-day activities of Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) Investment Management Operations. You will be responsible for data, reporting and operational issues raised by internal or external stakeholders. The ETF IM Operations Specialist supports daily portfolio administrative tasks that are associated with ETFs.

The Expertise WeÂ’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in ETF Operations in lieu of degree; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• Experience in fund accounting, administration and/or custody operations, investment operations, vendor management of back and middle office functions is preferred.
• Experience with integration of new technological platforms, re-engineering of business processes, end user systems application testing and integration, and issue tracking and resolution preferred.
• Knowledge of the investment industry, including an understanding of custody, accounting, trade processing and investment operations workflows is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships between investment trading, investment operations, and fund account teams along with external service providers.
