Federated Hermes is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist at our Pittsburgh headquarters to plan and execute a wide variety of marketing and communications projects which range from product brochures, to one- page sales idea to complex, multi-component, value-add programs and presentations. Excellent communication, proofreading and project management skills will be the foundation of your success in this role!

What YouÂ’ll Do

Assist in the execution of a wide variety of marketing projects from development through completion and maintain accurate project records for all work. The execution of these projects may include:

• Developing of a timeline and budget
• Researching product and industry data
• Providing direction to editorial and/or design
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of presentations
• Providing direction to sales and marketing support (data requests)
• Route, review and proofread all project team pieces for accuracy
• Coordinate/interpret compliance changes
• Interface with other Federated Hermes departments to coordinate project completion
• Assist with preparing reports that analyze program results.
• Provide input/ideas during meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Update monthly, quarterly & annual literature

The Expertise We are Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism required.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing communications preferred.
• Mutual fund experience and/or knowledge preferred.
