Federated Hermes’ Proposal Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Proposal Content Writer to be responsible for proactive content development and overall quality control of the team’s content library. The successful individual will work with subject matter experts and other members of the Proposal Team to develop and update content for key firm and product-level topics to be housed in Loopio, the Proposal Team’s content management system and library. As a talented writer, the Sr. Proposal Content Writer will serve as editor for large proposals, due diligence requests and consultant database entries, working with project leads to ensure consistency, position language and craft compelling custom responses.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in communications, business, English, marketing or related experience in lieu of degree required; APMP Certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant investment management and proposal experience required; Knowledge of Federated Hermes’ organization preferred
• Writing experience to include crafting and developing compelling written responses
• Experience managing large projects simultaneously ensuring efficient utilization of resources
• Experience working with senior management
• Strong understanding of investment management industry including key terminology, market trends, regulatory considerations, etc. required; knowledge of Federated Hermes’ product offerings and institutional business development preferred
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using content management systems such as Loopio preferred
