Sr Manager (Information Technology – Integration) (8594)

Federated Hermes is looking for a Sr IT Manager to lead the Integration Practice and API Program. This position is in our Warrendale, Pa office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

What You Can Expect:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill their API needs
• Develop the talent and capabilities of team with coaching, feedback, and career development
• Prepare technology investment proposals
• Lead cross-functional design review sessions
• Serve as Product Owner for API Management and Event-Driven technology
• Sponsor projects, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Process Improvement, Root Cause Analysis and Support
• 2nd and 3rd level on-call off hours support on a rotational basis

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience required
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Experience with Application Architecture, API Management and API Design required
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, Process Design & Improvement preferred
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and automated unit testing preferred
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google) and Cloud Native technology preferred
